This Return Policy explains the cancellation, refund, and rescheduling terms for personalised habit plans purchased from Sproutyouth through sproutyouth.world. Because our products involve bespoke coaching and custom-written blueprints, standard retail return rules do not fully apply. This policy is designed to be fair to both clients and our team while complying with UK consumer protection regulations.

This policy applies to all habit plan products offered by Sproutyouth:

Nature of Our Products

Our habit plans are personalised services that include human consultation, custom document creation, and scheduled coaching time. Once work on your bespoke blueprint has commenced, the service is partially consumed and cannot be returned in the same way as physical goods. We clearly describe each product's inclusions on our Habit Plans page before purchase.

Cooling-Off Period

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, UK consumers generally have a fourteen-day right to cancel distance contracts. However, this right may not apply once service delivery has begun with your express consent. When you purchase a habit plan and schedule your discovery session, you acknowledge that delivery may commence before the cooling-off period expires. If you wish to cancel within fourteen days before any work has started, contact us at office@sproutyouth.world for a full refund.

Cancellation Before Discovery Session

If you cancel your habit plan before your scheduled discovery session and before we have begun preparing your assessment materials, you are entitled to a full refund of the purchase price. Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to office@sproutyouth.world or through our contact form. Refunds are processed within fourteen business days to the original payment method.

Cancellation After Discovery Session

Once your discovery session has taken place, Sproutyouth has invested professional time in understanding your lifestyle and goals. If you cancel after the discovery session but before receiving your written habit blueprint:

Cancellation After Blueprint Delivery

After your written habit blueprint has been delivered, refunds are generally not available because the core digital product has been provided. Exceptions may be considered where:

In such cases, contact us within seven days of blueprint delivery. We will review your concern and may offer a revised plan, partial refund, or credit toward a future product at our discretion.

Session Rescheduling

We understand that schedules change. You may reschedule discovery calls and review sessions with at least twenty-four hours notice at no charge. Sessions missed without notice or cancelled with less than twenty-four hours notice count as used and cannot be refunded or rescheduled, except in cases of genuine emergency at our discretion.

Unused Coaching Sessions

For Complete Routine Blueprint and Premium Life Alignment Plan tiers, coaching sessions must be used within the programme duration (six and twelve weeks respectively). Unused sessions at programme end are non-refundable and non-transferable unless we failed to offer reasonable availability on our part.

Dissatisfaction With Your Plan

Client satisfaction is important to Sproutyouth. If you are unhappy with your habit plan, contact us within fourteen days of blueprint delivery. We will work with you to revise recommendations, adjust pacing, or clarify implementation steps at no additional charge during your active programme period. Revision requests after programme completion may incur a supplementary fee.

Chargebacks

We encourage clients to contact us directly before initiating chargebacks with their payment provider. Chargebacks initiated without prior communication may result in suspension of access to plan materials and future services while the dispute is investigated.

Gift Vouchers

Habit plan gift vouchers are non-refundable once purchased. Vouchers are valid for twelve months from the date of issue and may be transferred to another recipient with written notification to Sproutyouth.

How to Request a Refund

To request a cancellation or refund, email office@sproutyouth.world with your full name, order date, product purchased, and reason for the request. Include your preferred refund method if different from the original payment source. We acknowledge refund requests within two business days and process approved refunds within fourteen business days.

Consumer Rights

Nothing in this Return Policy affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law. If a habit plan product is not delivered with reasonable care and skill, you may have additional remedies under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
